We have been asked by the Reebok Store on I-Drive to provide them with a Demo on either March 9 th or March 16 th 2013. They will give 40 % off coupons to anyone who participates in the Demo. If you are interested in participating please let us know via email that you wish to attend so that you are on our list. We are looking to send out a press release to the local TV stations as well. You must be an active CFP member to attend wearing a CFP t shirt or you will not get the 40% off coupon from the manager of the store. You must wear a CrossFit Panoply T Shirt. Please get with Rob and get your order in. The T shirts are $ 20.00.
We will perform the following at the Demo:
Box Jumps
Burpees
Kettle Bells
Sit Ups
Medicine Balls
Combat Jacks
Push Up’s
Dead lifts
Cleans & Jerks
Jump Rope
We will need volunteers wearing our CFP t shirts to help pass these out flyers to patrons. Please plan on getting there early due to parking and bringing your own meals, water, etc.
We hope to see you there supporting your box, we will let you know the status of the date as soon as we work out the details.
